Zoho Customisation

We are a small home improvement business and require Zoho customisation. We have only very recently started using Zoho One but are wanting to implement it throughout our business over time. Below are our initial requirements that we would like to treat as a phase 1 project. 1. Adding leads to CRM leads • IF lead from Adwords, our website or Facebook received THEN leads import to ‘New lead’ in CRM • WHEN lead added to CRM THEN message sent to new lead introducing the company and saying we will be in touch soon 2. Our office will call new lead and book appointment for surveyor. • IF appointment is booked THEN the time data will be synced with Google Calendar • CRM will send email and text to customer confirming appointment • CRM will send email and text reminders to customer confirming appointment 3. Populating Zoho Writer with data from leads IF an appointment is booked for the surveyor THEN data from lead will populate a quote/contract in Zoho Writer 4. IF a lead is converted to won THEN a template project is created in Zoho projects
