We are seeking a talented YouTube Specialist to join our team as an integral part of our efforts in promoting the content of our Professional Video Blogger. As a remote position, you will work from your home office, collaborating closely with our team to enhance the visibility and engagement of our YouTube channel. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute YouTube strategies tailored to the Russian/ English -speaking audience.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for improved discoverability and search ranking.
Monitor YouTube analytics and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the video blogger to plan and create compelling content ideas.
Manage the YouTube content calendar and upload videos while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community posts.
Collaborate with the creative team to create eye-catching thumbnails and graphics.
Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels, preferably within a medical speaking context.
Proficiency in English, with excellent grammar and writing skills.
Deep understanding of YouTube's platform dynamics, algorithms, and SEO practices.
Familiarity with video editing software and ability to provide basic editing support.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed content decisions.
Creative mindset with a knack for identifying engaging content ideas.
