Use Access VBA to parse an encapsulated XML file
$30-250 USD

The source file has a .tpz or .tpzx extension. Examining the file shows that inside it is an xml file named something like [url removed, login to view] that contains the dataset.
Successful bidder will be supplied with 6 sample .tpz or .tpzx files that will be used to confirm the program extracts the data correctly.
I want an access vba application that will allow the user to choose the .tpz file and the program will load the records into a table.
The .tpz file name should be parsed and associated with the answer table.
The file name will have the following naming convention client name - course id - module number - [url removed, login to view]
I want to process the file and store the following elements in tables
the <questiontext>
all the <answertext> associated with the <questiontext>
and the <responsestring> associated with the <questiontext>
The <responsestring> corresponded to the <answertext>
I want to be able to load multiple .tpz files into the database
each file may have matching <questiontext>
I want to be able to report on a percentage basis by <questiontext> by <answertext> with a count of how many <responsestrings> choose an <answertext>

I have attached a copy of a screen shot showing the XML file inside the TPZ file.
I have re-attached the sample .tpzx file (previous post seems to have disappeared).
The software that generates the .tpz or .tpzx file is called turingpoint and is a product of www.turningtechnologies.com
