flash calendar app

i need this to work as follows -

1. categories for entries ie. what i enter here must be able to be sorted and stored by categories like A, B C

2. highlight colors for each category - editable

3. sub script notes

4. telephone & address book,

5. i need to bae able to hook this up via XML to PHP and then on to a mysql4,1 or higher DB

5. HAS to be FLASH /code for most of this available on the internet as shared or open source

dont waste your time if you dont have a finished demo ready, i dont have the time for developement, i need a ready product
