Wordpress Theme Fix

I need someone to quickly fix little problems on my wordpress blog and also make some recommendations regarding theme and plugins.

Right now the theme is show summary of the posts on the Home page but some how that summary is repeated after few lines.

Like this:

I want this fixed.
