Website on Wordpress according to my provided PSD

Please have in mind main requirements and guidelines:
1. This should be built on Wordpress strictly according to my given design.
2. Fully responsive
3. Two languages – Lithuanian and English
4. SEO friendly with possibility to manually adjust inner url address, meta description, meta tags, alt texts and etc.
5. There should be facebook, google + and Linkedin integrated: showing the number of google pluses and FB likes as well as convenient buttons for recommending our page.
6. Blog should be with facebook integration - those who want to comment will have convenient possibility to sign in with their FB account. If they are not loged in FB, o don’t have such account – ordinary blog comment.
7. Blog RSS syndication, articles sorted by popularity (star in desing) and most commented (comment icon in design).
8. autoresponder is needed - there will be e-book for download or something like that, so we need normal autoresponder integration to collect e-mail addresses and send out automatic emails.
9. VERY IMPORTANT - there is a scheme in homepage with 5 elements in circles. These must be active (clickable). Once mouseover the circle should become shining or something like designer proposed. Once the circle is clicked, inner page should be opened (these circles describe our services, so there will be opened one of sub-meniu pages). Is it clear what I mean? The same animation (mouseover) solution should be applied to inner pages where the similar scheme is designed.
10. In any inner page we have to have possibility to insert client testimonial which is the same style as designer proposed (i.e. see the "ENTER BANK"). And special testimonial line in homepage.
11. There will be a video on homepage, so it must be associated with Youtube
12. "We support" - we'll add and edit logo of companies or social organizations which we support of make charity for them. There should be alt text editable by us (from admin side).
13. There will be no backlinks to your site.
14. I’ll send contact form questions and fields later. The design provides just common sense in this case.
