Transfer a deleted Blogger blog to Wordpress without loss of seo

Hello ,

I would like someone to transfer my clients blog(which is deleted) from blogger to wordpress.

The blog had custom domain and was adult in nature

i will be buying server from qhoster

and will also install wordpress theme there

what i need is someone to change the nameserver and import my blogger backup to new wordpress theme hosted on new server

I am looking for a long term relationship and would not like to jump around in freelancer.com.

my budget is around $30
