I have advanced experience working with iFrames and Javascript but have not worked with "Advanced iFrame Pro" before. I have read about the issue and I can fix iFrame resize issue. I am not sure of being able to resize the gallery images though. These images are from the site or another site? Please share site url and detailed issue in its context.
