Associate tags with Categories

Hi,
I want to associate tags to categories on my wordpress website. I use "Mylisting" directory theme.
For example this is my website:

As you can see the tags remain the same. I want only the relevant tags to be presented under a specific category.
For example - in this demo is works perfect. Restaurant category has their own tags and real-estate has their own:
[login to view URL]
[login to view URL]
The tasks It's basically to add under every category the ability to choose the relevant tags (attached an example) and to connect it to the results page
