Each year we have our main conference and each of the delegates receive a conference manual which includes approximately 22 contributions from each of our presenters. Each presentation varies in length but is no more than a few pages of text and images, provided in multiple formats (ODT, docx, doc, etc). If we were to just copy & paste these into the Microsoft Word 2003 master conference manual document then it would be a mess with many different styles and formatting decisions throughout. We want the manual to have one congruent look and feel style throughout so need each of these presentations stripped back to plain text, reinserted into the main document and then images and formatting to be readded to reflect the thoughts of the contributor. The main document you'll be provided with already has it's own styles setup from last years conference and the presentations should be in the order that they appear in our schedule. Each presentation should be in a similar structure: > H1 style for presentation title > Image of the presenter (centre aligned, body text style) > Text/images of the presentation > Further information and contact details for the presenter. Some of our presenters do not speak English as their first language so light editing and spell checking of all presentations is necessary too. Once the presentations are in the document, please ensure that each of them starts on the right-hand side (odd page numbers), that there are no orphans and widows. The conference manual will also need the conference schedule included, which is currently a webpage. This needs to look professional. Alongside the completed Microsoft Word 2003 document we also require a separate PDF created for each of the presentations in the look and style of the conference manual. The headers and footers of each presentation will need updating to reflect the presentation title, presenter and also copyright information. You'll need to ensure that file attributes in the PDF are set so they are ready for distribution. *** Details + A list of presentations can be found on our conference schedule here: [login to view URL] + Paragraph text needs to be in "Body Text" style. Being the first time, I will have to create a template and so I would like to charge GBP 1.2 per output page. I am confident that you will be happy with the output and if you have additional work of the same type, I will be able to do it at GBP 0.8 per page. We can have the cost negotiable if that is the only concern.
