Need a MS Word expert to fix formatting or recreate the document

I have 2 files, the first file is a multi-Page contract in word format, on page three the first part of the commission grid that is vertical needs to get replaced with the grid in file 2 that just has one page, it’s the commission grid only that needs to be cut and pasted or recreated and replace the grid in the contract, but just the vertical part of the grid, the first section, the second horizontal grid stays in the contract. There must be some formatting in there that is keeping the word doc from acting like a normal document where I can insert the new grid and delete the old grid. This is where i need help in either fixing it and inserting the new grid from file two or simply recreating the grid without the formatting errors so it copies into the contract correctly.

-The second file labeled 1-Diego Spectrum commission is not layed out right when it saved from how it was created, not sure if its corrupt or just errors in coding or formatting.

-The third file is a pic of what the grid file is suppose to look like but when i saved it and opened it, its not layed out right. Something is wrong. The formatting saved it wrong so it needs to be fixed to look like the jpeg pic or recreated . It may need to be just recreated to look like my pic of the grid, and saved as its own file "Commission Grid File" so i can reuse it later, and also 2ndly as mentioned the grid copied into the contract where the vertical grid on page 3 is now. This is time sensitive so i will pay $75 dollars for this. Shouldn't take a pro more than 20-30 minutes to handle this. IMPORTANT : I NEED IT WORKED ON AND COMPLETED RIGHT AWAY WITHIN AN HOUR OR SO FOR A MEETING. Please MESSAGE ME AND TELL ME : you understand what needs to be done and you can do it in 1 hour or less.

Files are attached. I will need the contract to look finished, with page numbers correctly placed at the bottom of each page of the contract, and the verbiage correctly layed out and no big spaces in between each page or section, a little space is okay, it needs to looks like a professional contract.
