Windows 10 desktop app to use an API

Looking for a programmer to build a Windows 10 desktop app that will use a cloud-hosted image recognition model to classify X-ray images provided by the user. The software is meant to be used by dental professionals, who will have x-rays of their patients available on their workstation computers. The flow of the app is simple: 1. The user imports an image file (the X-ray) into the app from their computer, either by File->Import or by drag and drop method. 2. The user draws a rectangular bounding box around a region of the X-ray image that is to be assessed by the model. 3. The cropped portion of the image (inside the box) is sent to an API endpoint, where a previously trained image recognition model will receive it and return the results 4. The results returned from the API are presented to the user 5. The user is asked if they want to continue with this flow, in which case they can choose to either crop a different portion of the same file (from step 1) or to upload a new file and start again The docs for the API endpoint can be found here: [login to view URL] The model is a custom image recognition model that has been previously trained by us using similar dental x-rays. A video is included with a mock up of how the product flow should look, for your reference. Model details will be provided to you once the project is accepted and started. The project will be deemed completed when you deliver all the code, ancillary files (images, etc.), and a standalone app that will run on Windows 10 and fulfills all the steps laid out above.
