Hi This can be achieved by a PowerShell script that runs on a schedule (Like every 5 mins) and check for parameters such as free disk space, specific event IDs, Resources usages, services status etc and send a notification if any threshold is breached. Notification can be in form of an email as well as alerts to a central server. Let me know if you want to dicsuss more or want me to process with designing one for you.
