Certainly, I would expect the Domain Name - DNS Pointers to be pretty straightforward and not take very long at all. Typically if things go well, this should only be a 0.5-1 hour job. However, if you are already experiencing Membership login issues -- this is really a separate issue from the DNS move request and would take additional time and effort. Thus the higher than 1 hour bid. ASSUMPTIONS -- you have full control and access to both internal and public facing DNS servers as well as the router\firewall to re-direct ports as needed to make all necessary changes.
