• Working for the client - Microsoft IT- global as Senior Specialist- Server Incident Management Team. • As part of Server IM team responsible for managing Microsoft Internal Windows - MSIT Global Infrastructure. • Worked on ITSM Ticketing Tool and Service Now(SNOW) Ticketing tool to manage server related tickets and issues. • Incident Management in accordance with ITIL standards. • Creating tickets and assigning to respective teams (proactive and reactive) • Dealing with Windows OS related issues reported by customer / Microsoft different business units i.e.- FTC- failed to connect servers, Unable to RDP, DNS issues, file system issues, share and permission related issues, windows cluster related issues, any other issues reported by customer end to determine and suggest if this is OS or application issue, managing windows services remotely to determine and fix the RDP issues etc. • Performing Active Directory level changes on objects in DC based on the approval provided by server/ service owners. • Maintaining and managing Virtual Machine- VM related issues. • Checking the VM status from Failover cluster manager and Hyper V Host to deal with issues in virtual infrastructure environment. • Hands on experience on Hyper V environment to manage the virtual machines at host level. • Hands on experience on Microsoft's System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) to manage all the virtual machines hosted at different hosts. • At SCVMM level managing and dealing with Virtual Serv
