The SSL certificate had to be renewed after I issued the certificate that in installed. Otherwise, the issued certificate would be based on the renewal.
Basically, when installing a cert on a new server you have to re-issue it. This is exactly the same process that you have to do after each renewal. So, if it had been renewed by GoDaddy prior to my reissuing it, when I did the domain control validation and then downloaded the new cert, it would have the new issue date of July 30, 2020 and whatever the new expiration date is. But that's not the case. Instead it has the new issue date of July 30, 2020 (which shows it WAS actually reissued on that date) and the old expiration date.
Developer needs to complete that process, reissue the cert, download it, install it on the server and rebind it to each of the domains it covers.
