PSD to Wordpress Theme (1444115)

This is a personal project that I need coded from a PSD into a Wordpress theme.

I'm an experienced Wordpress designer myself but my workload is too high to complete this right now. Just know that if you have any technical questions, I'm fully versed in WP and we can have an intelligent conversation about it. :)

What I need:

- Only the WP home page needs to be coded to look like the PSD. I will do the rest of the theme myself. (Huge time saver.)

- Please use the 960 grid system (12 Column Grid) if possible. The PSD I created already contains the 960 grid overlay to make it easier for you to code.

- Makes sure it's compatible with latest versions of IE, FF, Chrome, and Opera.

- Widget ready sidebar and footer.

- Just use the s3slider plugin for the top image rotation. I don't need it hooked into featured posts. Just a simple image uploader will be fine.

What I don't want:

- You don't need to style the inner pages (this should save you a ton of time).

- You don't need to create a theme admin panel (I will do this myself).

Don't try and re-cycle an existing theme unless you can make it impossible for me to tell the difference (and trust me, I know where to look).

You will need to develop this on your localhost.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
