Build a Form for creating Wiki Articles

We have a small wikimedia project. We are trying to create a form template for our Wikimedia installation. This form should create Wiki articles. This happens together with Semantic Wiki add on.
We want to extend the form for some Standards like creating a taxobox from the form. We already done some parts of this form but now we got stuck in complexity. I think a Wikimedia professional can create that in some hours.
