I'm seeking a website quality assurance expert to carry out a rigorous assessment of our company's website, focusing mainly on the following
Peruse each webpage of our website (including the menu features at the top) and check all links for errors or inactive links. specifically, look for the following
a. Broken links, inactive links when clicked, and duplicate web pages
b. Content verification - Grammar errors, typographical errors, spelling errors, duplicate paragraphs or content
c. images that are duplicated on different pages
d. check the career center/job seeker area and provide reports if active or jobs showing
e. Check all forms on the website and verify if they are working or not
f. Verify that all the payment areas are clickable and lead to payment forms
You are to provide a report of this within 7 days and send your report to us. This website is a crucial representation of our organization's identity, and as such,we need a thorough audit to ensure everything is optimal.
Other responsibilities:
• UI/UX Improvement: I expect the expert to critique our current user interface/user experience (UI/UX), propose enhancements, and potentially implement them to increase site usability.
• Content Proofreading and Validation: Beyond just the aesthetic and functional aspects, it is vital for me that all company-related content is not only grammatically correct but also presents concise, crucial, and accurate information about my company.
• Technical details and Security issues: I'm interested in technical details being questioned and addressed. I'm equally interested in having the assurance of a site free from security vulnerabilities.
Successful candidates should hold:
• Significant experience in website quality assurance, including user interface/user experience (UI/UX) features.
• Skills in content proofreading and editing to ensure grammatical correctness and essential company information accuracy.
• Experience in detecting and resolving website security issues.
By analyzing and enhancing these features, you'll help ensure my website gives visitors an excellent impression and accurate information about my company.
