Website brief Can you get back to me in regards to providing a quotation for our websites We have two currently running and want to overhaul both and get them more professional and on to a CMS base (Wordpress?) We also have a third Domain, but this is not up and running and will be looked at separately or may be bolted on as extra pages on Clapton Country Club 1. Clapton Country Club - [login to view URL] 12-14 pages This is the main thrust of our business and is a venue where our business breaks down into: • Weddings including legal ceremonies (The prime part of our business) • Sunday Club (Every Sunday we have Sunday roast from September to May and then summer menu) • Curry Club (This is new and is planned every two weeks on a Thursday night) • Parties (Private events) • Away days/workshop/team building space for businesses • Film/photo location space (Hire for film or photo shoots) • Brand/product launch 2. Tram Store - [login to view URL] 8-10 pages The Tram Store website will be relatively simple in comparison to the Clapton Country Club as it will be largely static with the exception of menu changes, products show case and the new ‘Tram Store Goes’ food concept where we do a monthly stint of say food from San Sebastian. Tram Store is a separate building where we have a very beautiful visual café serving and selling: • Great coffee • Pastries and sandwiches • Breakfast and brunch • Eclectic well curated goods and gifts • Tram Store Goes – (This is a new plan we are to open in the evening and spend a year travelling the world in a culinary sense on a monthly residency basis) Have a look at our sites and imagery check Instagram (We do not do facebook or twitter). We want to keep with the concept and ethos of the business which presents as • Stylish but not pretentious • Naturally visual (This a big part of who we are) • Quality in everything we do (Check our reviews) • Supporting sustainability (our spaces have been created from 90% of reclaimed and repurposed materials and goods we use organic wherever possible) I set very high standards, I am looking for a designer that can mirror our image/design/style concept and bring us into line and to date website wise. The website will need to be CMS and easily adaptable to suit changing events etc. We will also need full title to design and content. I will supply all copy. There may additionally be some graphic design work required (creating /updating our digital brochures for example). We are also in negotiation to take on another building to open a similar operation to the Tram Store, this if it concludes will be for next spring.
