We want to redesign a portal with an improved UX experience. We do not want to alter the base but include elements that will make it more elegant and intuitive. It will mean we want additional wordings, additional screens needed to make it self explanatory. We want to convert existing tour and information centre along with help manuals to guide the user to create that experience even for any body who dont know publishing to understadn and create a book
