I'm looking for a real estate site to be created... This will be similar to Zillow and Redfin... I have a name, domain name, and logo design I would like... I have a particular set of colors in mind... I've created a mock up to offer an idea of what I am looking for... Once I choose a Freelancer I will direct that person to the established domain for perusal... Once viewed if you have a better idea as far as art/graphics/logo I am open to suggestions...
The site should be completed with a BUG-FREE/GLITCH-FREE front and back end... You will need to load it onto a server and make certain it's up and running well...
This CANNOT be a template or a reskin...
There are specific features I will need in the site...
The site should have adequate security features to protect users personal information...
The site must be compatible with mobile devices...
You must be able to obtain and load with MLS listing software...
You must provide ALL code at the end of the project so that I have a copy of it...
You must agree that all paid for portions of the project are owned by me and me alone... You must agree not to share, reskin, or resell my code, concept, and original graphics/design or any portion thereof...
I will NOT pay for work in advance... I will gladly release milestones as we go along but if you're one of those looking to get paid upfront before work is done please save us both time and move on...
Once a freelancer is chosen I will need to see samples of what you think you can do with the project (sample landing page/logo)as I MUST be sure the person(s) I choose to work with knows what he/she is doing... If this is unacceptable please don't bid... There are just too many scams going around and too many people showing the exact same work for me to be sure of any persons talent/ability so please as stated... Be able to create a sample work unique to this particular project so that I can see you can do the work...
