3) Don’t loose the “buy” button yet, please create something from admin that links all buy button of a particular product to a specified link which we will enter(we will direct it to [login to view URL])

Could probably be done by modifying the existing oscommerce script for newsletter registration.
5) Wholesale Page: Create a customized page which people could be added to our mailing list for any new products launched any price adjustments. Also for any interested party to contact us regarding wholesale purchase. This would simply be summarized in an email for us. An example of it would be here.
