Build an Online Store using Magento

We are looking for a Magento Developer for an e-commerce web store.
** If you are a certified Magneto Developer please let us know in your reply **
Some of the basic requirements are:
- Start with a magneto theme we choose.
- Selling highly configurable products, with different colors and options, and available accessory products.
- Set up a few sample products per category as an example.
- Provide excel based import/export capabilities so that all products, attributes, image filenames, and associated accessory options can be imported and exported in bulk using an excel sheet.
- Customize the look and feel of the theme we chose
- Implement a ‘1 page checkout’
- Informational pages and links
- Enable modules like wish list and product comparison
- Enable Layered Navigation (Filters) menu on the left side of the category pages so customers can find products by attributes. (click on a filter and only products with matching attributes show)
- Implement graphics such as SSL badges, credit card logos, ect – (we provide graphics)
- You will be provided with a screenshot before we start this project of what the end result should look like for every page. For example; I will send a screenshot of the product pages and features
Very Important: We will test everything. This must be clean development and implementation; we will white-box test for errors and for clean code. This means for example, that the pages need to load fast (before even using the cache).
