Build an Online Store

I need a Online Store. The project consist of the following work:
1. Create the Concept (Name, URL, Graphic Profile).
2. Setup a Online Store (you can use any Shopping Cart platform). The Online Store has to be available on desktop and mobile..
3. Add a minimum of 300 product with photo and text description. I will not provide this, you would have to find this online yourself. (Can be any type of products.)
4. Integrate a Web API for payment (I can provide the API doc if you want to review it before placing a bid).
5. The website has to be setup with EURO as Currency and the language has to be English.
I need the projects delivered no later than end of business Monday 8th February PST. I am available over Skype while you working on the project to give you feedback.
