Designer / creative person to do some website work

Hi, We need a designer / creative person to do some website related work. What we will provide you: - We will give you a product - a flash banner rotator app (PM me for link). - We will give you a HTML website template: [login to view URL] What you are then required to do: 1) Take screenshots of the app (and user interface) and fill the index page of the template. 2) Create a video demo (or video tutorial) with narration to demo the flash app on index page. 3) Research "what a flash banner rotator is" and replace all the lorem-ipsum text on the index page template with SEO optimized text about flash banners. 4) Create 5 samples flash banners using the above flash app. Qualifications required for this project: - You must be a technical savvy to quickly learn how to use our flash banner rotator app. - You must be good at graphic editing to take screenshots, edit the website template, etc. - You must have good English to fill in the website content. - You must know how to create the video demo (like camtasia) for the index page. - You must have a good speaking voice for narrating the video demo. - You must be a good designer to create 5 flash samples with our app. Please PM me your past work experience to convince me you can do this job. Your work experience must be related to the above 4 steps. If you can do this work to our satisfaction, then we can give you a lot of similar work for other apps, and what this means to you is a good long term income. Important Note: I will create 4 equal milestone payments, one for each step, so please bid if only you can think you can complete all four steps listed above.
