Need a Wordpress Template

I am looking for a designer who can design a new Wordpress template for my website. We need this within 5 days. Here are the things we need or do not want:
1. Must be original template, no coding over existing template.
2. SEO and speed must be top priority.
3. There is two websites we would like to take influence from, not copy.
4. Ajax slider must display on homepage, but no where else.
5. Original logo on the website will stay, so we need to incorporate this.
6. Ad section at top 728 x 90, and a ad on the right column.
7. If you win the project, we will show you the two sites we want to take influence from.
8. Must provide examples of your work, and have feedback.
9. Must be able to communicate on MSN when you win the auctions
10. Must be able to speak good english
11. Need a Breadcrumb, and other things adding to SEO.
