I like a website template. I need someone to customize it.

I have a t-shirt company and want to buy a website template and have someone customize it with my logo's, shirts, etc. Template I like : [login to view URL] ***or*** [login to view URL] One is Zen-cart 1.3.9 and one is OsCommerce 2.3 I don't know the difference so winning bidder can pick. Software Required: Adobe Photoshop CS+; Adobe Dreamweaver 8+ (or any php-editor); Apache only (on Unix/Freebsd/Linux/Windows); For uncompressing a template ZIP package: WinZip 9+ (Windows); Stuffit Expander 10+ (Mac); Hosting with PHP5x and MySQL5x; OsCommerce 2.3.1 I do not have web hosting set up so I will need that as well. I do have my domain name registered. This is the 2nd post for the job as the previous winner was a flake. I will not pay 100% in advance as I just lost money on the 1st try. Looking for references and someone that read this entire post. I do not want to do this for the 3rd time.
