i am looking for a "soup to nuts" project manager for a real estate site that im looking to develop.( will include listings and advertizements) this project is very time sensitive and will have a bonus attatched if it can be delivered by the agreed date... i do not know much about programming so i will expect you to help be creative.
i have tried hiring some programmers myself but i am just finding people that are not able to take on the responsibility. or people that i couldnt communicate with.
so fluent english is very vital as i expect to spend some time on the phone explaining and brainstorming my idea....
i understand that im asking alot and i may not be a knowledgable as the person that youd rather deal with. but i am willing to pay someone accordingly to help me..
