Mailman Database integration

We have a very active mailing list. we use Mailman.

We have multiple groups/mailing lists, and subscribers who select which list and can send and receive email via the mailing list. If they reply, all other users will receive the response.

There is alot of important information which goes through these lists, and we want to start saving it. So each time a new Subject gets posted, a thread must open up. and when people reply to it, the email address is the username, and the reply must be saved within the thread according to date and time.

When the subscriber wants to know some info which was previously discussed in the mailing, he must be able to search for the topic to anything related and all hits must show in a good search result facility.

Note: this is a private mailing system, so only registered subscribers must be able to search and their replies posted within the thread.

Please let me know if you can do this integration with Mailman.
