SEO/Web 2.0 Design - Coupon discount site

We're looking for a Search Engine Optimisation specialist to help with a [login to view URL] like site. The site will be bi-lingual Spanish and English, and will be focused on a particular market segment, Tourism. A large part of the project will also be designing a web 2.0 like site (examples [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) with a clean, simple interface. Possible Joomla deployment, but open to suggestions or reasons not to go with Joomla. Subsequently, we have already developed or are developing the back end shopping cart, discount coupon creation, with mapping directions, etc, but it will be better if the individual has programming in MySQL, Joomla, PHP, CSS, and other strong web skills and background, and the idea is to develop the front end The individual/company applying for this project should also have experience with Social Media Optimistaion and be available or have experience in using various social media applications like Facebook, Twitter, and Yelp for marketing and strategies on marketing outside of SEO. Search Engine Optimisation strategies, selection of keywords to target possible niche markets, and selection of domain name will also be a part of the project. The successful candidate/firm should be able to provide experience with other sites that have had successful launches with a similar design. Preferred Spanish Speaking firm/company.
