Hello,

I am the Webmaster for a large network that is growing rapidly. Our focus is to deploy outstanding advertising, marketing and overall business building tools on the 'Net.

We have tools to manage a network of 7 websites, 12 applicaitons and by the end of the year aroun 1,000 WORDPRESS installations on various topics. Your primary work is to help me with writing and communicating our message to Members, Affiliates and Merchants who use our network.

The first and second versions of the applications are now running. We have two more major apps due out this year.

I need someone to help with the following:

# Flash --basic. Perhaps, with a tool that can help production.

# Joomla -- How to use, add content, manage.

# PHP -- Basics like an installation to mySQL db.

# Wordpress -- How to use, add content, manage.

# Database Options -- Setup and use MySQL.

# MySQL -- backup with tool, use Admin, etc.

# CSS -- This is a must. You need to be able to setup/update sites with CSS.

# Data Entry -- Some, but not a lot.

# Graphic Design -- A must for Images and making creatives.

# Marketing -- Ability use our marketing tools to "get content out".

# SEO -- Always helps.

# Security -- Basic Practices.

# Website Design -- Nothing complicated as we use CMS installations.

# Writing -- Vital! Ability to write English well is a *must*, as you'll need to correct, edit and publish work.

# Communication -- By phone, IM and E-mail a must. We'll also meet at least twice a year in the Mid-West USA or at your location.

# CAMTASIA -- Having the ability to make video (screen images) with audio is a plus. If you have a good commanding voice that gets people to follow our lessons, this is a bonus. OR I have to do it. My voice puts people to sleep. So, help in this would be great.

# Owners work here --after a year of full-time work. Stock options.

# BONUS PROGRAM --rather unique.

# Need broadband and IM, Email, Phone and occasional visit.

# First 90 days = trial on below project.

# After success of that, we'll offer full-time position.

FIRST PROJECT:

1 We'll open an account in our Membership area.

2 You'll need to take a tool that we mention and create a few dozen CREATIVES for it. These are banners, images of various sizes, etc. used to advertise.

3 Need Ad/Mkt skills to write text on images. Flash skills helpful.

4 Totally, around 200 images and about 15 web sites are needed for our Affiliates to use as marketing sites.
