URGENT: Need futuristic - super cool GUI design for webapp

Hello Bidders,

I urgently need to have a very slick user interface look and feel developed for an application that we have. The application shows a mash up of google maps, a table and a log file. 3 boxes and a few buttons. I need a very futuristic look that is glossy and slick. I currently have a good, clean, complete and functional mockup design done. The requirement is to create a stunning UI.

The deliverable: ONE PSD only for the home page. We will slice it

I will share the mockup with qualified bidders.

The budget is around $100, so bid appropriately - unless your quality is exceptional.
