I need mockup for a website design. The new design should look like :

Change the color scheme and I need all sections like the above site. Important sections I need are a logo, top menu, flash/side show area(put a static image there), search box, category block(left side), latest products and best sellers. Send me a mockup image(png/jpg) with these sections and I will open escrow immediately. I will choose the winner in 24 hours or perhaps earlier.
Final output should be in PSD format with all required layers.
