Tranceparency edge topbar needs fix

The topbar on the left ([url removed, login to view]) is not transparent so it's edge shows a little on the website, for a better look ([url removed, login to view]) Please look at ([url removed, login to view]) to see on what background the topbar will be placed on the website's page.
Who can fix this problem for me? Will pay with paypal if possible.
