Revamp of HTML ad for Craigslist

I need a revamp of our existing HTML ad (we post this on craigslist daily). We need to change some of the wording in the existing ad, include an email link and upload to my hosting company (godaddy). Should take a very little time for someone who knows HTML. My current ad can be found at:
