FUN PROJECT WITH BIG AUDIENCE! startup food home delivery company with a difference - logo, fun comic flash- site

I am currently trialing a new business startup in the UK- and require the following on a budget (because this is intitially to help us achieve backing etc). We need something to look terrific, very modern. Specifically the business involves delivery of 'everyday good restaurant food' to homes pre-cooked. Ideas to be incorporated 1)consept of having a restaurant meal 'in your own home' 2)a possible motif of a waiter or chef on a scooter with your food(british mod style not a harley) 3) should be very fresh/with some big flurish to it as it loads, we like the idea of a black chalk board we can change daily showing 'Today's specials' - maybe it chalks up 4) We have seen many demo's of 'virtual menus' where the customer can flick through it by dragging the mouse (but this isn't compulsury let your own ideas flow!), so to present them with a table (complete with menu, knife & fork, with the chalk board in the side/back of the scene feels good-with the site itself a customers eye view of sitting in a restaurant with a menu in front of them) 5) noise - the bustle of a restaurant 6) clean, very modern, unfussy, cartoon style, impressionist- this company is aimed at trendy young city types- you know the sort of thing! What do we need? -A logo -An ANIMATED consept flash site we can admin (dont need a CMS or anything like that we can update text in flash, but that's about it- the chalk board would need to be maluable easily- text file??) -An identity to the whole design we can then bastardise (er... carry through) to ads/glossy's etc Please dont bid if you cant make this LOOK a million dollars.. I'm not precious about you reusing anything from your portfolio, but I do want a consistent look and obviously the Logo needs to be unique and gorgous some how incorporating the name and discussed consepts.. PS This is british, so no mountains or trailer parks in the background please you'll confuse the natives! Happy bidding & all keep up the good work
