526778 Add annotation to an image 2

Attached is an image of a tip glass. I need to put some annotations on the attach image to tell people to tip. Just the tip glass alone is not serving any purpose and users hardly notice it.

I need to put some text like "Tip here" on the top or on the side (whatever looks good). The idea is to tell people that they can click to pay tips. The background must be transparent.

An animated callout option would be great!
