German Backlinks: 50xPR1 + 50xPR2 + 50xPR3 + 25xPR4

I want to hire somebody who builds Backlinks for a german Gaming Site(Tower Defense Browsergame). The following number of links is required: 50 PR1 Backlinks 50 PR2 Backlinks 50 PR3 Backlinks 25 PR4 Backlinks ONLY ON GERMAN/AUSTRIAN/SWISS SITES. At least 50% of the links have to be relevant to browsergames, gaming. 90% follow Links or more. One Link per Domain and IP. You'll have to vary anchor texts, I will give you some hints for this. I can also teach you a bit german if necessary. No problem. All Links have to be permanent, 70% of them have still to be there after one year. I want a final report: – Link URL (the URL of where the link is located) – Google page rank of the link URL - Anchor Text Payment will be made in two steps: 50% after ALL links have been placed and verified. 50% after Google has indexed the Links Once again: PERMANENT links on mostly relevant GERMAN pages. I don't want the links removed after the project is finished. Of course this is spamming, but I want somebody who can do it intelligent.
