Need Backlinks

This project is for 1000, permanent, one-way links (not reciprocal), PR2 or above. If I am happy with the results I will purchase the same package from you again for other sites of mine. 1. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 2, not just a PR2 sites, but a verity of PR2+ 2. Be relevant to website being promoted 3. One way non-reciprocal links only, no link exchanges. 4. All links must be permanent and remain active. 5. No link farms, link directories, forums, blogs or spam sites. Must be quality links (no link Farms, FFA's, blogs, guest books, web rings or paid sites) 6. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache. 7. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. 8. No blacklisted or spam sites. 9. No more than 25 outbound links per page. 10. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to a given page. 11. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. All links must be static, plain, standard a href type links (no cgi etc...) and direct using provided anchor text 12. No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable 13. No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks. 14. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. 15. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. 16. Links should not be from framed pages or cloaked links 17. Links should not be on Flash sites or pages 18. All links should be free and not paid links. 19. Must be manually submitted. 20. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others) You will need to provide me with the following document/spreadsheet before any payment is made: Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Google Page Rank , IP address, and submitted date. I reserve the right not to accept a particular link if it does not meet my guidelines. 50% of the payment will be made once all links are verified with the remaining 50% paid after 3 weeks to make sure the links are permanent.
