App Modernization in Vue.js with Quasar

We are looking for a front-end web developer to prototype a fresh dashboard to our existing property management software. We are taking our legacy rich-client application to the web and need help from a freelancer with excellent UX/UI skills for the front-end. We are a small software development company with lots of domain knowledge in our market and are looking for a freelance developer to add flair to our new web-based product. Although we a clear vision of what our work needs to be, we invite UX/UI design suggestions. The desired technology is Vue.js utilizing the Quasar framework in Typescript using the Quasar CLI. A web SPA is our first focus, but we plan to take advantage of Quasar's ability to compile the codebase to desktop and mobile for our legacy customers who still want the installed application experience. The initial phase is to prototype the dashboard to gauge the proficiency of the freelancer. If we like the progress, we will continue with additional work. The prototype must include samples of our existing application, such as data tables, reporting, and form letters. The end goal is to develop a complete replacement for our legacy system, including a landing page for potential new customers and an admin portal to manage our customers. We will own all property and intellectual rights to the produced source code.
