Hi,
we provide a Virtual PBX service to our customer and we would like to integrate a CRM service with CTI features. We need to develop an application for FusionPBX (Freeswitch gui) in order to integrate it with CRMs.
That's what we want:
BackEnd
- The app is fully integrated on FusionPBX menu and support FusionPBX permission's system (who can see what)
- Accessing the app with an admin level permits to edit (on domain base) the syntax of CRM url with a variable {caller} that will be dynamically substituted with the calling party number of the call received.
FrontEnd
- Customer log in FusionPBX user account, where his user is associated with one or more extensions
- Customer select CTI page (CTI service state is OFF)
- Customer opens another web page and log in his CRM
- Customer active CTI service (CTI service state is now ON)
- When customer receives a call from one of his clients registered on CRM, FusionPBX opens a new tab on browser with client's informations
- Customer can also disable CRM popup and see calls arriving on app page (like the app Active calls but only for his extrensions).
