VBA coding to get printed specific sections of a worksheet

Hi, we have a our monthly operating report in excel. After month end close we need to print two sheets out of them which have positive amounts of sales (or reserves) which are listed in detail. After printing we distribute these lists to six relevant managers. They have their names on each page and we have to sort these printed pages accordingly and then distribute. Now we print all, sort manually and throw away all the useless (many) pages. So what we need is determination of pages to be printed and printing them sorted by the relevant manager.
