Hi, In 2011 I had a developper on Freelancer create a threaded and none-threaded component for me that was able to authenticate towards twitter (oAuth) and send a tweet. This component has been working fine for a long time and now since some time (unfortunatly I can't put a date on it) it's no longer working. With no longer working I mean that it is NOT giving any errors, it looks like Twitter is accepting the messages correctly, but the tweet never shows up in Twitter. I'm looking for a developper who is willing to look at the code and "fix" whatever is needed to be fixed in order to get it working correctly again (working means if a tweet is send via the component that the tweet is visible on Twitter). The source code will ofcourse be given, but ONLY to the person that "wins" this project. The project uses one 3rd party component for the HTTP/HTTPS communication being the wodHTTPdlx component from [login to view URL] The project is written in VB6. (NOT .NET!)

Hello, I have extensive experience using vb6 to interface external applications (15 years). I have been responsible for the development of several wrapper applications for various web services while intergrating CRM, back office and accounting applications. I will be able to turn this around in a very short time. I suspect that the error is getting trapped in the vb6 code. I did some basic research and it appears the API is being upgraded this year.
