Dailymotion Mass Video Commentor

I need a farily simple program made. This program will be a peice of a bigger program I will be making so I will need the source code. Also at the same time I want to learn from the code as well.

What I will need the program to so:

The program will be a video commentor. It will need to use proxies as well.

So I will need a listbox to load the dailymotion accounts into that will be used to send the comments with. I will need a list box to load the video urls into that the comment will be posted to.

I would like a setting to where you can set how many comments to send per account.

the program will sign into the first account using the coresponding proxy, then post the comment specified in a text box then it will sign off or whatever then sign into the next daikymotion account and send the amount of comments specified.

We will be using this program to advertise our services for dailymotion.

If you make this program very well we would like to use you to make a rating program, favoriting program, subscribing program and we will just add this to the existing program.

I need this made in Visual Basic 2008 because that is what I program in.

We need this made asap also.
