I have a Visual basic 6 program that was made modifying source code written in visual basic 6 for a bill acceptor. I have added ODBC connector to read and service them remotely. The base is directly from the bill acceptor manufacturers. The software is completely functional now but I would like to build in some more in depth features and do not have the time to be working on it.
The point of contention is getting this program to run alongside a QR scanner (Zbar). Currently they both have the be initialized separately and pass information via .txt file. I am having issues with streamlining installation and setup and possible would like to take a new approach.
