Winsock Sender File

I need a program send a file between 2 remote machines using winsockIP library or similar. Maybe you want use other object, library or method, is very important file sending is in local machine. The program need run both machines same time for sincronizing and send-receive the [login to view URL] sender machine must send file when I want. The receptor machine must be waiting for receive file and put in specific [login to view URL] file must be text, access, excel or zip file (any) but send only one at [login to view URL] sending and receive must be automatic and programming at any [login to view URL] machine maybe stay in Cachemira and other machine maybe stay in Bombay, both machines with internet. The code must be Visual Basic 6.0 or Visual Net or any but the process must be very easy and [login to view URL] course i need source code because is only part other project.
