Print Reminder

This project is very simple. I want a background process programmed in vb.net (I am open to other languages). When a user prints a cd label from Epson PrintCD I want the print job paused and a dialog box to pop up. This dialog box will ask the user:

Wait! Are you sure that you have spelled everything correctly including names?

Yes, print No, don't print

At the end of the project I will require a compiled working exe that I can start and once started will run as low priority in the background. I will also require the source code.
