Create a blog

I need a blog similar to this, it needs to have the same functionality, the layout would be the same too, just with a different logo and colour scheme.

It will be hosted on my own server, and needs to have a back-end

i dont really want to host it on my own server, and you can use open source as long as the layout ans functionality is the same, i want to be able to loin with twitter and facebook, and leave comments.

You also need to be able to read urdu, the logo will be in farsi but if you can read urdu then you will know what to do.
