Corner page Flash Project

This should be a fairly easy project for the right coder. I'd like to duplicate the effect you see on the upper right hand corner of this page: [login to view URL] With the following features: - an easy to use, stand alone solution that can be "easily" applied to any web page. - I can use any graphic I'd like and the "reflection" works properly. - I can change the link and make it open in a new window or have it open the link in the same window when clicked. - the source of the image should be read from external path: for example [login to view URL] in the same folder of the swf. - The amount it peels is determined by the size of the graphic. the coder should deliver the following: - Flash source - SWF - HTML sample of it.
